At the end of each visit to the office, we do ask for your feedback by providing you with a survey at check-in that you may complete and place in a locked box at check-out. Please take the time to do this survey. These are reviewed by management and discussed with the staff on a weekly basis. This survey helps us improve our services from your perspective rather than only thru ours.

Please utilize our staff to assist you as necessary. The questions you have are always welcome as well as any items of concern or anxiety you may experience. Our goal is to assist the physicians in providing exceptional neurosurgical care to you and make this process as pleasant and smooth as possible.

If you call our office with medical questions, refill needs, work excuses or releases and medical forms completed, you would talk to the Medical Assistants. Each physician has a specific clinical staff assistant being a Nurse or Medical Assistant.
